IEM Manager is a professional tool for film, TV, and live production sound teams. Scan equipment in and out, manage workdays across crews, never lose a piece of gear again.
A walk through a typical shoot day with IEM Manager.
Scan equipment OUT at prep, scan it IN at wrap. Big targets, color-coded for one-thumb operation in dim light.
Every check-out and check-in logged with timestamp, model, serial number, and the person who took it. Export as CSV for production.
Real-time view of what's in the field, who has it, and when it was taken. KeepIt tracks gear that rolls over from yesterday.
Set limits and rental rates per equipment type. The app warns you when you're about to exceed a quantity and tracks costs automatically.
Every feature designed around what actually happens on a shoot day.
Scan equipment in and out with the camera or NFC tags. Live zoom, instant feedback, designed to be fast even with the lights down.
Open a day, scan equipment OUT to crew or talent, scan back IN, and wrap. KeepIt items roll over to the next day automatically.
Invite your team — sound mixer, boom op, utility — with role-based permissions. Everyone sees the same state, in real time.
One project per show. Equipment list, people, daily reports, all scoped to the production. Switch projects in two taps.
Bring your equipment list from your existing inventory tool. Export reports for production, accountants, or insurance claims.
Every check-out and check-in syncs across all team devices instantly. Built on Firebase for reliability, with offline cache when service is bad on location.
IEM Manager started as a tool for film and TV sound mixers tired of paper lists, spreadsheets, and lost transmitters. It was built by a working production sound mixer for working production sound mixers — so it understands what a wrap really means, why KeepIt rolls forward to the next day, and why your boom op needs to grab a receiver in the dark without thinking.
Whether you're shooting a feature in a remote location with no signal, running a multi-camera live event, or managing a kit shared between productions, IEM Manager keeps your inventory accountable from prep through wrap.
